desire and commitment to change.

difficulties, or even Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,
you may find ADHD
coaching (a specialty within the life coaching field) particularly
helpful.
Coaching is not therapy - we don't get
involved in deep psychological issues. It's also not consulting - I
don't tell you what to do or how to live. Coaching is
a partnership in which we work together to define and achieve your most
important goals in life.
