Life Coaching

Do you wish things were different in your life?  Do you want to accomplish more, do the things you're passionate about, be more financially successful?   Let's make it happen.  

As a life coach, I will help you reach goals you haven't been able to reach on your own. Even if you aren't entirely sure what those goals are.  I'll help you focus on what's truly important. 

By working with me, you will:

  • Clearly define a path to get there

  • Identify the obstacles - conscious and subconscious - and figure out how to get past them

  • Identify things that push you forward

  • Learn how to say “no” to the things and people that drain you

  • Build confidence and momentum

  • Make your vision a reality

Goals can be in any and all areas of your life: relationships, career, family, friends, recreation, health, personal growth, philanthropy, balancing all of the above… whatever you wish to improve.  The only requirement is that you have the desire and commitment to change.

If you have attention related difficulties, or even Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, you may find ADHD coaching (a specialty within the life coaching field) particularly helpful. 

Coaching is not therapy - we don't get involved in deep psychological issues.  It's also not consulting - I don't tell you what to do or how to live.   Coaching is a partnership in which we work together to define and achieve your most important goals in life.
